Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)

Objective:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Site Engineer (Civil) to manage on-site labour operations and facilitate the onboarding and deployment of construction workers (mason, shuttering, bar bending, flooring) via the Bandhoo platform. This role is vital for scaling the supply-side workforce and ensuring smooth execution at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Visit construction sites daily to monitor labour attendance and manage documentation.

Interact with workers to resolve grievances and ensure timely payments.

Drive site productivity by effectively managing the workforce.

Onboard and verify workers for construction/interior fit-out projects via the Bandhoo app.

Coordinate the deployment of workers to various project locations across India.

Re-engage past workers and facilitate their redeployment.

Register new workers at construction sites.

Collaborate with labour suppliers to meet staffing needs for jobs posted on the Bandhoo platform.

Maintain and manage the on-site store.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Civil Engineering or a related field).

Minimum 1 year of experience in civil/site work.

Fluent in Hindi and Kannada (English and written communication not mandatory).

Persuasive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Age below 25 years.

Must own or have access to a bike for commuting to various sites.
