Job Description

UniqueBuilds is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the project team. This role is critical in ensuring projects are executed according to plans, on time, and within budget, while upholding quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and standards. Conduct site inspections and review design documents, blueprints, and structural layouts. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to ensure smooth project flow. Supervise and guide site labor, subcontractors, and vendors in all construction activities. Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and environmental standards, addressing any issues promptly. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, providing regular progress updates to project managers. Manage and document site activities, including material usage, labor records, and project changes.
