Job Description

Interpret and review project drawings, plans, and specifications. Supervise day-to-day site activities, including labor force and subcontractors. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects. Ensure material resources are available and delivered on time. Oversee quality control and health & safety matters on site. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. Prepare site reports, progress reports, and other necessary documents. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other professional staff. Measure and value the work done on site (quantity take-offs). Assist in preparing project budgets, estimates, and cost tracking. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
