Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Check reinforcement, shuttering, alignment, levels, and dimensions before execution.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and senior engineers.
Ensure quality control and maintain safety standards on site.
Prepare daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation.
Verify material usage and report shortages or issues.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely completion of work.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of civil construction processes.
Ability to read and interpret drawings (plan, elevation, section).
Basic understanding of QA/QC procedures.
Experience with leveling instruments, total station (optional), and basic site tools.
Good communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
