Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:

Supervise and coordinate the execution of civil and interior finishing activities, including plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, and joinery. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. Monitor the progress of all tasks, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule.

Team & Resource Coordination:

Coordinate with and manage various subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff. Oversee the delivery and usage of materials, ensuring sufficient stock is available. Provide on-site instruction and guidance to the construction and finishing teams.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure that all work meets the defined quality standards and project specifications. Inspect materials delivered to the site and used in construction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed daily reports on site progress, manpower, material consumption, and activities. Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation and budgets. Facilitate effective communication between the site team, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is typically required.

Experience:

Several years of supervisory experience in construction, with a focus on interior finishing works, is essential.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and finishing processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
