Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong

Senior Site Civil Engineer

to lead on-site construction activities, manage execution teams, ensure quality and safety, and drive project progress as per timelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site management experience, strong planning ability, and the capability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

Oversee the complete execution of civil works at site as per drawings, standards, and specifications. Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and contractors for smooth project execution. Ensure proper checking of reinforcement, shuttering, layout, concreting, masonry, finishing, and all related works.

Planning & Coordination

Prepare work schedules, micro-plans, and daily/weekly progress reports. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and project managers for seamless workflow. Ensure timely material procurement by raising indent and tracking deliveries.

Quality & Compliance

Implement stringent quality control processes and conduct regular inspections. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory regulations at all times. Identify and resolve technical issues at site to avoid delays and reworks.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site records including DPR, WPR, material consumption, and contractor billing data. Verify contractor bills, quantities, and measurements (MB) as per BOQ. Prepare cost impact reports and assist in budget monitoring.

Leadership & Team Management

Guide and train junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff. Manage labor teams effectively and resolve site-level conflicts. Drive execution with accountability, efficiency, and leadership.

Skills & Competencies

Strong technical command over civil construction, finishing works, and structural execution. Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural, structural & MEP drawings. Experience in quantity surveying, billing, and project documentation. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site management tools. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Leadership qualities and ability to handle multiple site teams.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's degree in Civil Engineering. 6-15 years of hands-on experience in building construction or infrastructure projects.
