Job Description

Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to building construction. Execute construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. Conduct site measurements, layout planning, and quality control. Maintain project documentation including daily reports, material records, and site logs. Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets. Liaise with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve design and execution issues. Monitor health and safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. Assist in preparing bills, measurements, and work progress reports. Attend regular site meetings and provide updates to the Project Manager.
