Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

Civil Site Engineer

with a strong background in

interior execution

, particularly in luxury residential or commercial projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, coordinate with vendors and builders, supervise materials and execution, and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily

site operations

and ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and timelines Supervise

interior fit-outs

including false ceilings, partitions, flooring, tiling, carpentry, etc. Coordinate with

builders, contractors, vendors

, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow Verify and certify

bills, measurements

, and

material reconciliations

Handle

permission processes

(e.g., society/NOC/approvals) and ensure compliance Monitor

material delivery

, usage, storage, and quality at the site Ensure adherence to

safety, quality, and execution standards

Maintain proper

documentation

, reporting, and progress updates Resolve on-site challenges with a solution-oriented approach

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering Proven experience (2+ years) in

interior site execution

Strong understanding of

materials, finishes, BOQ, and billing

Excellent coordination and communication skills Hands-on approach to solving on-site execution issues Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines Familiarity with local

building regulations and permissions

Preferred:

Experience working with

builders or developers

Exposure to

luxury residential/commercial interiors

Knowledge of

AutoCAD, MS Project

, or other site tools
