Civil Site Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing building construction projects, with significant experience working on

government projects

Responsibilities

:

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site operations. Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure compliance with government project standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and other technical documentation. Resolve technical issues and address on-site challenges promptly. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

5-15 years of experience

in civil site engineering, with a focus on government infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
