Job Description

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring work is executed as per plans, specifications, and quality standards. This role includes supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring safety compliance, and reporting project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction activities at the site to ensure timely execution.

Review construction drawings, specifications, and work schedules.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other on-site personnel.

Monitor quality standards and ensure work is performed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Report daily progress, site issues, and material requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Maintain documentation such as daily logs, inspection records, and site reports.

Assist in resolving technical issues and design discrepancies.

Liaise with consultants and clients during inspections or site visits.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

35 years of experience in site execution, preferably in industrial/commercial projects.

Proficient in reading technical drawings and using tools like AutoCAD/MS Project.

Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹13,344.78 - ₹28,000.00 per month
