We are seeking a Site Engineer (Civil) with a passion for construction and a strong background in industrial buildings and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that the project is completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with the project plan and specifications. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Maintain regular communication with project management team to ensure project goals and objectives are met. Ensure that construction activities comply with health and safety regulations. Keep detailed records of construction activities, including daily site reports, progress reports, and any changes to the project scope or schedule. Provide technical advice and guidance to the construction team and ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards. Assist in the preparation of project estimates and budgets, including the development of construction schedules and resource requirements. Ensure that all work is completed within planned schedule.
Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or a related field. 0-2 year of experience in construction management, preferably with a focus on industrial buildings and PEB. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit or other related software would be an added advantage.
