Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced and hands-on

Site Engineer

for RKGS Construction India LLP to oversee our construction projects. This role requires a candidate with proven site experience who can independently manage all on-site operations, from execution to team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution:

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of all activities on the construction site.

Labor & Contractor Handling:

Effectively coordinate with, manage, and supervise all on-site labor, masons, and subcontractors.

Execution as per Drawing:

Ensure that all construction work is carried out precisely according to the approved architectural and structural drawings.

Labor Arrangement:

Must be capable of arranging and managing labor teams (workers, masons) as per project demands, especially during shortages or urgent requirements.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project standards and specifications.

Progress Reporting:

Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports to the senior management team.

Material Management:

Oversee the receipt of materials on-site, check for quality, and ensure minimal wastage.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

A minimum of 4-5 years of practical, on-site experience in civil construction (preferably in [Specify project type, e.g., Residential/Commercial Buildings]).

Education:

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Technical Skills:

Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings (both Architectural and Structural).

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to manage, supervise, and extract work effectively from labor and contractors.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent on-site problem-solving skills to handle daily operational challenges efficiently.

Communication:

Clear and effective communication skills to provide instructions and manage the site team.

Pay: ?12,150.18 - ?51,097.53 per month
