Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors for smooth site execution
Monitor material usage, quality standards, and workmanship at site
Ensure safety guidelines and site discipline are followed
Prepare daily site reports and update progress to seniors
Assist in measurements, billing, and basic documentation
Handle minor site issues and support timely project completion
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
1 to 2 years of experience in site execution
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety norms
Ability to read drawings and work instructions
Good coordination and communication skills
