We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing and upcoming projects.

As a Civil Engineer in our real estate division, you will play a critical role in the planning, design, and execution of construction work on site. You will ensure that all projects meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and oversee construction projects of our Farm lands; villa's and all upcoming residential and commercial projects.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
Prepare detailed engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Monitor project progress and provide technical support during construction.
Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Perform quality control and safety inspections on-site.
Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues that arise during construction.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Proficient in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors OR Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience in sustainable and green building practices.
Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
