Job Description

Supervise all on-site civil works and construction activities. Ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms. Monitor daily progress and prepare reports on site activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers. Manage materials, manpower, and machinery efficiently. Conduct quality checks and ensure standards are maintained. Ensure safety and environmental guidelines are followed on-site. Handle site documentation like work progress reports, inspection requests, and measurement sheets. Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of civil works. Resolve technical issues and report site problems to senior engineers or the project manager. Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Good communication and team management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
