Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

with hands-on experience in

builder projects

(commercial and residential). The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to site execution and supervision from

foundation to finishing (lock & key)

stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage site execution for

residential and commercial projects

. Oversee work progress from

foundation, structural works, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and handover

. Ensure quality standards, specifications, and safety protocols are followed at every stage of construction. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, architects, and consultants for smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain site records including daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and material usage. Monitor procurement and ensure proper utilization of materials on-site. Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions during execution. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones as per the schedule.

Skills & Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

1-3 years

of hands-on experience in commercial & residential builder projects. Knowledge of

construction processes, quality control, and finishing works

. Ability to read and interpret

architectural & structural drawings

. Familiarity with

site safety protocols

and material management. Proficiency in

MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project management tools

. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
