Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, including timelines, Coordinate with Client, architects and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Construction Management: Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Monitor and manage project schedules, quality.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Diploma holders are also considered for same positions.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in construction projects.(fresher can also apply)
