Civil Engineer - 3-Month Contract (Home Renovation Project):

Site Supervision*: Oversee day-to-day renovation activities, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Planning & Scheduling*: Prepare short-term work schedules and align manpower, materials, and resources.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination*: Manage and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Quality Control*: Ensure adherence to construction standards, approved designs, and specifications.

Cost Monitoring*: Track expenses, control wastage, and maintain within budget.

Safety Compliance*: Implement safety measures for workers and monitor site safety.

Material Management*: Verify the quality of materials delivered and maintain records of usage.

Documentation*: Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and communicate with the homeowner/management.

Problem Solving*: Address on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays.

Handover*: Ensure final finishing, snag rectifications, and smooth handover within the agreed timeline.
