Job Description

Site Execution

: Supervise daily site activities to ensure timely execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Planning & Coordination

: Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.

Quality Assurance

: Monitor quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with IS codes and approved standards.

Measurement & Billing

: Prepare and verify measurements, bar bending schedules (BBS), and assist in contractor billing.

Documentation

: Maintain site records such as DPR (Daily Progress Report), material consumption, labor reports, and work checklists.

Safety & Compliance

: Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and environmental guidelines at the site.

Resource Management

: Optimize manpower, materials, and machinery utilization.

Problem Solving

: Identify technical issues and coordinate with consultants/HO for resolution.

Client & Authority Interaction

: Support in inspections and coordinate with local authorities/client representatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,594.42 - ₹30,000.00 per month
