Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction and finishing works, with a strong focus on residential projects. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing site operations, ensuring quality control, and overseeing the timely completion of construction projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction, with a focus on residential projects. Strong expertise in construction and finishing work (flooring, tiling, interior/exterior finishes, etc.). Proficient in using construction management software and other engineering tools. Solid understanding of building codes, construction safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Certification in project management or construction safety is a plus.
