Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality control, and manage site execution. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and hands-on experience in plot development and local market operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the site. Execute and monitor

plot development works

such as leveling, boundary marking, road work, drainage, utilities, etc. Ensure work is done as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. Coordinate with architects, contractors, labourers, and vendors. Handle

local labour management

and ensure smooth workflow on site. Source materials and services from

local vendors

and ensure cost-effective procurement. Maintain site inventory, material planning, and documentation. Conduct quality checks for materials and workmanship. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management. Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in construction/real estate projects (customizable).

Strong local market knowledge

for dealing with labourers and local vendors. Hands-on experience in

plots development work

. Ability to read and interpret drawings and structural plans. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools (if applicable). Good communication and team coordination skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
