Job Description

Execution & Supervision

Supervise civil works including

excavation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing

Ensure work is executed as per

approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate daily activities of

masons, carpenters, bar benders, and helpers

Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity

2. Material Management

Check material quality at site (cement, steel, sand, aggregates, bricks, tiles, etc.) Maintain material consumption and avoid wastage Coordinate material requirements with storekeeper / head office

3. Quality Control

Ensure

proper reinforcement placement, shuttering alignment, and concreting

Monitor

curing procedures

for RCC and masonry works Follow standard construction practices and quality benchmarks Report non-conformities and ensure rectification

4. Safety & Compliance

Enforce site safety norms and use of

PPE

Ensure safe working practices for labor and equipment Maintain housekeeping and site cleanliness Comply with statutory and company safety guidelines

5. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with

engineers, architects, consultants, and vendors

Assist in inspections and client visits Communicate site progress and issues to the Project Engineer / Manager

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain

daily site progress reports

Record

labor attendance and work allocation

Assist in measurement books (MB) and billing support Maintain site registers and checklists

7. Schedule & Planning Support

Follow project schedules and daily work plans Identify delays and suggest corrective actions Support timely completion of milestones

Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of

civil construction methods

Ability to read

architectural & structural drawings

Strong site coordination and supervision skills Basic knowledge of

quality and safety standards

Good communication skills (Hindi / English / local language)

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Civil Engineering

or

ITI (Civil) with relevant site experience

Experience

2-5 years

of experience in building construction (residential / commercial)

Working Conditions

Full-time site-based role May require extended working hours as per project needs

Preferred (Optional)

Experience in

turnkey interior & civil projects

Basic knowledge of

BOQ and quantity tracking

Familiarity with

site documentation formats

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,925.59 - ₹30,000.00 per month
