. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of civil/site work along with strong communication and sales skills. This role includes site supervision, client interaction, measurement, coordination, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision
Visit client sites for measurement, inspection, and technical feasibility
Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and installation teams
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of modular kitchen and sanitary-related work
Ensure proper alignment of civil points (plumbing, electrical, tiling, countertops, etc.)
Maintain site reports, daily progress updates, and quality checks
2. Sales & Client Handling
Meet clients, architects, builders, and contractors for lead generation
Understand client requirements and propose suitable kitchen/sanitary solutions
Explain product features, materials, accessories, and finishes
Provide basic quotations and follow-up to convert inquiries into sales
Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
3. Coordination
Coordinate with the design and production/factory team for final measurements and approvals
Ensure proper communication between client and internal teams
Monitor installation activities and ensure no errors or delays
Handle customer queries and concerns promptly
4. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare measurement sheets, reports, and site documents
Maintain sales tracker, client visit logs, and follow-up records
Provide weekly status reports to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
1-5 years experience in
Modular Kitchen, Interiors, Sanitary, Tiles, or Civil Site Supervision
Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical layout, kitchen design basics, and sanitary fittings
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple sites and clients
Knowledge of measurement tools and reading technical drawings
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, reports)
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
