We are seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee our construction projects
(Building, Roads & RE Wall)
from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule and coordinate construction activities to meet project deadlines.
Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating costs and identifying potential cost overruns.
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, including site preparation, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work
Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety codes, regulations, and standards
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion
Prepare and present progress reports and budget updates to senior management and stakeholders
Provide technical advice and support to project teams on construction-related issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or Diploma in Civil engineering.
5-7 years of experience in construction company in
Govt. Projects
, preferably Railway Projects
(IRCON, RITES, NBCC, WCR Residential or Commercial Building and Road work)
with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects
The candidate should have a proven track record of managing government (
Preferably Railway
) projects and completed and handed over a minimum of 2-3 projects.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources effectively
Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards, as well as industry best practices and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
willingness to travel as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
