Position Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and adherence to design specifications. The role involves close coordination with architects, vendors, contractors, and the project management team to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards aligned with MyScaai Bharat Construction's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure work progress as per schedule. Interpret and execute architectural and structural drawings with precision. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on-site. Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and update project milestones to the Project Manager. Verify quantities, material deliveries, and ensure timely procurement as per project requirements. Support site-level quality checks, material testing, and ensure compliance with specifications. Identify and report site-level challenges, delays, or deviations, and assist in corrective actions. Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure proper implementation of architectural details. Conduct periodic inspections and assist in handover documentation upon project completion.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and site execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools. Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of quality control standards, safety norms, and construction best practices. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to handle multiple site responsibilities and teams simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

2-8 years of site execution experience in residential, villa, or commercial projects.

Pay: ₹16,553.90 - ₹45,291.96 per month
