A civil engineer responsible for site supervision in Bathinda over the next two years is expected to manage quality, safety, schedule, and compliance aspects for new construction work at the site.?
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure all work is in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.?
Monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and promptly address site issues or deviations from plans.?
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for timely execution of tasks.?
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.?
Min 3 years of experience in site supervision or management in civil construction projects (public health, buildings, industrial infrastructure preferred).?
Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, quality control, and relevant codes/regulations (such as Indian Building Code).?
Proficiency in project management, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.?
Familiarity with relevant software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, GIS) for project coordination and documentation.?
