Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.

-Ensure all civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

-Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site labor.

-Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption reports.

-Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.

-Plan and manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.

-Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and company policies.

-Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.

-Identify and resolve technical issues at the site promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

-Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction projects (industrial/commercial projects preferred).

-Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, drawings, and site execution.

-Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.

-Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
