Job Summary

We are looking for a

hands-on Civil Engineer

to manage day-to-day

site execution and construction activities

for our real estate projects. The role requires

daily site visits

, strong

material and quantity control

,

quality assurance

, and close coordination with

architects, structural consultants, vendors, and contractors

to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision

Conduct

daily site visits

and supervise all construction activities (civil, finishing, services coordination). Ensure work is executed

as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines

. Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.
2. Material Planning & Management

Prepare

material quantity calculations (BOQs)

and stage-wise material requirements. Plan, track, and control

material procurement, delivery, storage, and consumption

. Minimize wastage and maintain proper material records at site.
3. Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure

quality standards

are maintained at every stage of construction. Conduct regular quality checks for concrete works, masonry, plaster, finishing, waterproofing, etc. Coordinate and arrange required

material tests

and inspections. Ensure compliance with

structural, safety, and statutory norms

.
4. Coordination & Communication

Act as the

single point of coordination

between site teams, architects, structural engineers, and consultants. Communicate site issues, clarifications, and changes to designers and ensure resolutions are implemented. Attend coordination meetings and provide technical inputs.
5. Drawings & Documentation

Read, interpret, and execute

architectural and structural drawings

accurately. Maintain updated

site drawings, checklists, measurements, and progress reports

. Record deviations and ensure approvals for any changes.
6. Billing & Measurement

Prepare and verify

contractor measurements and running bills

. Cross-check quantities against executed work and approved BOQs. Assist in cost control and variance tracking.
7. Safety & Site Discipline

Ensure

site safety practices

are followed by all workers and contractors. Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and proper work sequencing.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in

Civil Engineering

. Strong knowledge of

RCC, finishing works, and construction methods

.
Skills & Competencies

Strong

site execution and problem-solving skills

. Proficiency in

quantity estimation and material calculations

. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Working knowledge of

AutoCAD drawings

(reading & interpretation). Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Preferred Experience

Experience in

residential / commercial real estate projects

. Exposure to

multi-storey buildings, villas, or premium projects

is an advantage.
