Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, site workers, consultants, and clients. Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment. Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues as they arise. Liaise with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow. Support project planning and scheduling functions. Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in site engineering roles. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
