Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction activities on-site, ensure quality control, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and the project team to achieve timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site. Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Monitor labor, materials, and equipment to achieve efficient use of resources. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants. Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and documentation. Assist in quality control checks and resolve technical issues at the site. Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing project milestones.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 1-3 years of site experience (freshers with internship experience may also apply). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
