Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and supervise civil/structural works at our industrial project site in Khed City, Pune. The role covers end-to-end site execution planning, coordination, QA/QC, billing, vendor management, and safety ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with drawings, IS codes, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and execute civil works for greenfield/brownfield

industrial facilities

(PEB foundations & pedestals, RCC substructures/superstructures, utility trenches, machine foundations, internal roads, drains, culverts, paved areas, boundary walls, STP/ETP civil works). Interpret and implement

GFC drawings

, method statements, and specifications; coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and MEP teams. Develop micro-schedules, track daily progress, and drive resource planning (labour, shuttering, plant & machinery). Ensure

QA/QC compliance

: material approvals (cement/steel/aggregates), concrete design & testing, compaction and level checks, cube tests, third-party tests as required. Conduct

quantity take-offs

, BOQ verification, rate analysis, material reconciliation; prepare and certify

RA bills

with measurement books. Manage vendors/contractors: RFQs, work orders, mobilisation, productivity, and performance; resolve site issues and technical queries (RFIs). Enforce

HSE standards

and statutory requirements; conduct toolbox talks and ensure site housekeeping. Prepare DPR/WPR/MPR, look-ahead plans, and risk/mitigation logs; highlight critical issues proactively. Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies as needed; support inspections, snag lists, and project handover.

Required Skills

Industrial project experience is mandatory

(F&B, warehousing/logistics parks, automotive/tyre or similar). Strong knowledge of

RCC/steel works

, foundations, roads & drainage, and industrial byelaw/norm awareness. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

MS Excel

; working knowledge of

MS Project

(Primavera is a plus). Familiarity with

IS codes

(e.g., IS 456, IS 800, IS 383, IS 2386) and standard testing procedures. Survey and level instruments (Auto level/Total Station) exposure. Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills; ability to drive contractors to milestones. Willingness to be

site-based

at Khed City, Pune and travel for reviews/vendor visits when required.
