Job Title: Site Engineer - Villa Project (Alappuzha) Location: Alappuzha, Kerala Experience: 2-5 years Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience --- About the Role We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities at our premium villa project in Alappuzha. The role requires hands-on site supervision, quality monitoring, coordination with contractors, and ensuring timely execution as per drawings and standards. --- Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and suppliers. Ensure quality of work as per company standards and approved drawings. Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and track material usage. Assist in planning, scheduling, and resolving on-site issues. Ensure safety practices and site discipline at all times. --- Requirements Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering. 2-5 years of site experience (residential villas preferred). Strong understanding of civil works, finishing works, and site management. Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly. Good communication and problem-solving skills. --- Why Join Us?
