Job Description

Coordinate with field executives for updates on daily progress. Interface with government officials, engineers, and department representatives. Monitor installation and commissioning activities on-site. Address and resolve on-site issues and report critical issues to the Project Manager. Maintain site logs, attendance, work photos, and progress trackers. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are followed. Familiarity with government department protocols Flexibility to travel and manage multiple sites. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong site supervision and reporting ability Problem-solving attitude for on-site issues Basic technical knowledge (related to civil, electrical, or instrumentation work) Ability to manage field staff and daily work schedules Basic computer skills ( Excel, WhatsApp reporting, email )
