Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential building construction and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Honesty and Integrity are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Management Team / Project Manager / Project Engineer, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Technical Support:

To follow Company's process and methodology and support to the construction team, resolving any issues that arise on-site.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, material usage, and labour attendance.

Quality Control:

Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Safety Management:

Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting safety training sessions.

Qualifications:

D.C.E / B.E / in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential building construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Moderate communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
