Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team on a residential development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring technical compliance and supporting the delivery of the project within time and quality. This is an on-site role requiring full-time presence at the construction location.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all engineering and technical aspects of the construction site.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works.
Monitor and ensure work complies with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Provide technical inputs to resolve any on-site engineering issues.
Prepare progress reports for project management.
Assist in setting out, leveling, and surveying the site.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings and ensure construction is aligned.
Maintain records of site activities, including material deliveries, inspections and daily logs.
Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies at the site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a site engineering role, preferably in residential projects.
Experience with concrete, masonry, and finishes typical to residential developments.
Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
Proficient in interpreting drawings, setting out, and site supervision.
Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
Must be available to work full-time on-site.
