B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution and project supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
Proficiency in project reporting and documentation.
Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Assist the Project Management Consultant (PMC) in day-to-day site supervision and coordination.
Oversee execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and smooth project progress.
Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily/weekly progress reports, checklists, and measurement records.
Support management in project planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones.
Verify contractors' bills, conduct measurement checks, and assist in material reconciliation.
Identify deviations, delays, or quality issues and escalate for corrective action.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, QA/QC procedures, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
