Position: Site Engineer / Building Supervisor

Department: Infrastructure & Construction

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ?22,000 per month (based on skill & experience)

Location: Gharuan, Mohali (Punjab)

On-Site Full-Time Role

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities

Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors

Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and specifications

Maintain site safety protocols and compliance

Quality check of materials and workmanship

Maintain daily site logs, stock entries & progress documentation

Report work updates to Infrastructure Head / Project Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred, but not mandatory if experienced)

1-3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision

Ability to read drawings and work execution plans

Strong coordination & communication skills

Must be willing to be present on-site full-time
