Key Responsibilities:
Record daily site measurements as per BOQ
Prepare and submit running/final bills
Coordinate with PMC/client for measurement checks & approvals
Prepare variation statements, rate analysis & change order documentation
Support subcontractor billing, reconciliation, and certification
Maintain proper billing records and project documentation
Ensure compliance with company standards and processes
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design
3-10 years of experience in billing
(construction/interior preferred)
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of BOQ, drawings, contract terms, and rate analysis
Excellent communication & coordination abilities
Good time management and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
Other Requirements:
Energetic, proactive, and willing to travel as required
