Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

QS & Billing Engineer

to handle

estimation, billing, cost control, contract management, and final accounts

for civil infrastructure and interior fit-out projects. The role involves close coordination with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate billing, cost control, and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and budgets

Handle

RA / interim / final billing

and client certifications Verify and process

subcontractor & vendor bills

Manage

variations, change orders, and contract administration

Track

project costs vs budget

and prepare MIS reports Conduct

site measurements, JMRs

, and progress verification Assist in

final accounts, audits, and project close-out

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

civil, MEP & interior fit-out works

Expertise in

quantity take-off, billing & cost control

Proficiency in

MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP/Billing software

Good understanding of

contracts & variation management

Strong coordination & communication skills

Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in

Civil Engineering

or equivalent
