Job summary

The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment at our industrial sites by implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting inspections, and training staff on safety practices. The role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure that site operations comply with project specifications and safety standards.

Quality Control

: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality of construction work.

Coordination with Stakeholders

: Facilitate effective communication between contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.

Progress Reporting

: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers, highlighting potential risks and proposing solutions.

Resource Management

: Effectively manage and allocate resources to ensure materials and labor are utilized efficiently, thereby meeting project deadlines.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office,
Key Requirements

Strong knowledge of civil construction activities (RCC, finishing, industrial work). Experience in site execution, supervision & quality control. Punctual, responsible & able to handle site independently. Manage day-to-day site planning & problem-solving. Daily site reporting (progress, materials, manpower). Minimum 3-4 Years of Experience Required in Industrial Construction.
