Job Description

Role Overview:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and timely project execution. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities as per the project plan. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, quality standards, and safety protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors for smooth workflow. Manage site measurements, material requirements, and stock availability. Monitor project progress and update the Project Manager on timelines and issues. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports. Assist in planning, scheduling, and resolving technical challenges at site. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality guidelines, and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and maintain documentation. Coordinate with clients/consultants during inspections, audits, and handover stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 1-3 years of experience in site execution (construction/interiors infrastructure preferred). Strong understanding of construction drawings & technical specifications. Good knowledge of materials, measurements, and site management. Ability to supervise teams and manage field operations efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work extended hours based on project demands. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
