Project Manager/site incharge - 4 Positions
Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years
Salary: ?45,000 - ?55,000/month (Higher for exceptional candidates based on expertise)
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing hospitality 5 star or 7 star projects (hotels, resorts, restaurants, etc.).
Experience working on projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project timelines, and resource management Needs to be Proficient in AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, measurement taking, project management software and reporting system.
Ability to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on-site.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
