Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities at the project site
Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and schedule
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Resolve technical issues that arise during construction
Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Communicate project updates to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and engineering principles
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proficiency in MS Office and site management software is an advantage
