We are looking for an experienced

Site Engineer

to oversee residential building construction projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring work quality, maintaining schedules, and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site. Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Manage materials, labor, and site documentation. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and ensure timely completion of work. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Handle site measurements, billing, and record keeping.

Requirements:

Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering/Dip/ITI. Minimum

2 years of experience

in

residential building construction

. Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site supervision. Good communication and coordination skills. Must possess a

two-wheeler

and be

willing to relocate anywhere in Kerala

.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
