Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure technical accuracy, and coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and quality completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors. Maintain daily work records and progress reports. Ensure timely execution of work with quality control. Verify materials and labor requirements and ensure proper use of resources. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assist in planning and scheduling of work. Report any delays or issues to the project manager or senior engineer. Conduct inspections and resolve site-level technical issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering 1-3 years of site supervision or field engineering experience preferred (freshers can also apply) Good knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site measurements Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project reporting tools Strong problem-solving skills and team coordination Willingness to travel or work at project sites

Pay: ?10,768.72 - ?24,873.71 per month
