Thane - Maharashtra - India Implement and monitor compliance with site-specific HSE plans, procedures, and client safety standards during shutdown activities. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workers, subcontractors, and supervisors. Carry out daily site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective actions. Ensure proper issuance and control of Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, including confined space entry, hot work, lifting operations, and working at height. Monitor turbine-related activities (lifting, dismantling, confined space entry, chemical handling, etc.) to ensure compliance with risk assessments and method statements (RAMS/JSA). Coordinate with site supervisors and contractors to enforce safe work practices and use of PPE. Report near misses, incidents, and accidents; conduct initial investigations and assist in preparing incident reports with corrective and preventive measures. Verify readiness of emergency response arrangements, including firefighting, first aid, and evacuation plans. Liaise with client representatives, auditors, and regulatory authorities during inspections. Maintain proper documentation such as inspection checklists, safety reports, and daily/weekly HSE statistics. Implementation of Siemens EHS Policies, Guidelines and Principles at the project site. On time reporting of EHS related reports to the back-office manager. Conducting inspection of tools tackles, equipment, Hand tools and power tools of contractors. Conducting inspection of customer's special lifting tools & tackle's , EOT crane & Isolation before start of work. Conducting site walkdown along site contractor & Siemens site manager. Carry out site and contractor assessment as per Siemens guideline.
Desirable Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Safety/EHS from Govt. approved Institute and B.Sc /B.Tech in any Field from recognized University





Experience - Significant experience in construction, Power plant, manufacturing, engineering, or project management
