The Site Data Entry & Attendance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate labour attendance records, coordinating with construction workers, and ensuring timely data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel. The role supports smooth site operations through effective communication and organized record management.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily attendance of construction labourers accurately
Enter and update attendance, work hours, and labour data in Excel sheets
Coordinate with site supervisors and labourers for attendance confirmation
Make calls to construction labour for shift confirmation, updates, and follow-ups
Manage evening shift attendance and workforce availability
Prepare daily and weekly attendance and labour reports
Maintain organized digital records and ensure data accuracy
Support site management with operational data as required
Skills & Requirements:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills (calling and coordination)
Ability to work independently during evening shifts
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Basic understanding of construction site operations (preferred)
Education & Experience:
Minimum: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience in data entry, site coordination, or construction operations is an advantage
