The Site Customer Relationship Executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers immediately after sale closure. The role involves understanding customer requirements, documenting expectations, and ensuring a smooth handover to the relevant internal teams while maintaining a positive and transparent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet clients on-site immediately after sale closure to welcome and onboard them.
Understand and capture client requirements, preferences, and commitments made during the sales process.
Clearly communicate customer requirements to concerned internal teams (CRM, Engineering, Design, Accounts, Legal, etc.).
Ensure accurate documentation and timely handover of customer details to the CRM/Post-Sales team.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transition of client relationship.
Act as a bridge between the Sales team and CRM/Post-Sales team.
Address initial client queries and provide clarity on next steps, timelines, and processes.
Ensure customer satisfaction during the transition phase and build long-term trust.
Maintain proper records, handover notes, and customer interaction logs.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
