Assist in site execution for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
Support electrical installation, wiring, mounting structure work, and quality checks.
Take site measurements, track material usage, and update daily reports.
Coordinate with senior engineers, technicians, and project teams.
Ensure safety practices and compliance at the site.
Help in testing and commissioning activities under supervision.
Maintain basic documentation and report project progress to the office.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, Mechanical, or Civil (Fresher or Pursuing).
Basic understanding of electrical systems; solar knowledge preferred.
Good communication and willingness to learn.
Ability to work on-site and handle field-related tasks.
