Position: Site Coordination Executive

Bonus: Two months' salary after successful completion of probation

Probation Period: 6 months

Duty Hours: 8 hours/day (rotational shifts covering 24x7)

Location: Office-based with coordination responsibilities across 4 project sites

Job Responsibilities:

1. Site Communication & Coordination

Establish and maintain daily communication with all 4 project sites. Gather and log production data, breakdown information, machinery deployment, and manpower status. Escalate major delays, low productivity, or breakdowns to seniors immediately.
2. Monitoring & Follow-up

Monitor site performance and ensure timely updates are received from the field. Follow up with site engineers, supervisors, and operators for task progress and issue resolution.
3. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain digital and physical logs of all daily reports and instructions issued by seniors. Ensure correct filing of daily site logs, breakdowns, and follow-up actions.
4. Team Coordination

Coordinate with fellow office coordinators for seamless 24x7 coverage. Share handover notes at the end of every shift to ensure continuity and clarity.
5. Instruction Management

Receive and act upon instructions issued by senior management. Ensure site teams implement instructions and update status in real-time.
6. Alerting System

Raise immediate alerts for any critical issues such as: Machine breakdown Safety issues Labor shortage Logistics delays

Shift 1: 6 AM - 2 PM Shift 2: 2 PM - 10 PM Shift 3: 10 PM - 6 AM
(Rotational across 3 persons on a weekly basis)

Incentives & Conditions:

Employees will receive 2 months' bonus after successful completion of 6 months' probation. Performance during probation will be assessed based on: Timeliness Accuracy of reporting Coordination effectiveness
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
